MOTIONS - 03/21/06
3 Motion approving a supply agreement with Marshall J. Brown Company, of
Stafford, Texas for approximately 48 ball valves ranging in size from 2" to 8" in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0079-06, based on only bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $27,375 The term of the contract will be twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds have been budgeted by the Gas Department in FY 2005-2006.
