6. Motion approving a supply agreement with Bay, Ltd., of Corpus Christi, Texas for
approximately 10,000 tons of hot mix asphalt-type D in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0093-06 based on low bid for an estimated semi-annual
expenditure of $476,900 The term of the agreement shall be for six months with
an option to extend for up to four additional six month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by Street Services in FY 2005-2006.
