7 Motion approving the purchase of an audio video system for the Police
Department executive conference room from Visual Innovations Company, Inc. ,
of San Antonio, Texas in accordance with the State of Texas Cooperative
Purchasing Program for a total amount of $36,668.03. Funds are available from
the Police Department Justice Assistance Grant.
