20. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Right-of-Way
and Utility Easement instrument with Ronald S. Herndon and wife, Karen L.
Herndon, for the acquisition of Parcel 503 in the total amount of $86,135,
containing a Utility, Right-of-Way, and Temporary Construction Easement,
necessary for the Southside Water Transmission Main, Phase 5, Project
#8391 ,and for other municipal purposes.

money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is
in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn,
and has not been appropnated for any other purpose
