MOTIONS - 03/28/06
2 Motion approving the lease of a wheel loader with Scott-Macon Equipment, of
Corpus Christi, Texas for the total amount of $98,496, of which $16,416 is
budgeted in FY 2005-2006. The award is in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
BI-0100-06 and is based on only bid. The term of the lease is for twenty-four
months with an option to extend the lease for up to twelve additional months
subject to the approval of the City Manager or his designee. The wheel loader
will be used by the Parks and Recreation Department.
