29.d. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with CCC Group, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $3,835,988
for the Corpus Christi Marina Development Project Phase III (Floating Docks, E, F,
G and H) for the Base Bid and Additive Alternates No.1, 2, and 3.
