26.b. Motion to amend prior to second reading both ordinances to reflect the changes
proposed by staff relating to the applicability of the proposed Charter
amendment and to require the developer to cooperate to provide a system to
move people between the parking lots and the south jetty of Packery Channel, to
dedicate a permanent easement for access to the beach north of the Padre
Island seawall, and to provide a time limit for the northern development to
achieve the established "milestones" after the beach is closed adjacent to the
southern development.
