9. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement for half
street construction with Mostaghasi Investment Trust, (Developer), in the amount
of $83,250.49 for the installation of street paving, curb, gutter and sidewalks, and
storm sewer public improvements to serve Cimarron Estates Subdivision, located
south of Saratoga Boulevard and west of Cimarron Boulevard, in accordance
with the Platting Ordinance Section IV-Required Improvements, Subsection
A 12(c).

money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is
in the Treasury to the credit Of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn,
and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
