21.d. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No.4 to a construction contract with King Isles, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas, in
the amount of $188,245.35 for construction of the Traffic Congestion
Management Project at Airline Road Northbound Right-Turn Lane at SH 358
Eastbound Frontage Road (BOND ISSUE 2004).
