7 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an extended
maintenance agreement with Positron Public Safety Systems, Inc., of Montreal,
Canada In the amount of $136.500.21 for hardware and software support
services on the Emergency 911 System. The term of the contract is three years.
