8. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to amend the scope of work
and move the location of the FY2005 Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) T.C. Ayers Recreation Center Improvements project from 1722
Winnebago to the former Solomon Coles Special Emphasis Elementary gym
location at 924 Winnebago.
