17. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute documents
settling the claim of Minandro Mojica III, Rhonda Mojica, and Marilyn C. Dietz, by
purchase of property located at 5025 Edinburg Circle, and payment of relocation
costs, for a total sum of $162 000.00 plus closing costs.
