9 Motion approving the application from Christus Spohn Hospital Health Systems
to temporarily close Third Street as shown below for required utility, drainage and
paving improvements associated with the proposed permanent closure of Third
Street from Ayers Street to Elizabeth Street:
Third Street between Ayers Street and Elizabeth Street from 9:00 A.M.,
on May 10,2006 and continuing for sixty (60) calendar days.
