9.b. Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Trunk Force Main and Lift Station
Construction and Reimbursement Agreement submitted by AI Development, Inc.,
owner and developer of South Fork Unit 4 Subdivision for the reconstruction of
the existing Master Pia n Lift Station No. 1047 (Greenfields by the Bay), located
east of Rodd Field Road and south of Wooldridge Road, with 12-foot diameter
wet well and 3,500-linear feet of 12-inch Force Main, easement acquisition and
related appurtenances.
