MOTIONS - 05/30/06
4 Motion approving a supply agreement with National Meters, Inc., of Lancaster,
Ohio, for approximately 8,000 gas service regulators in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0124-06, based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure
of $103,600, of which $17,266.67 is budgeted in FY 2005-2006. The term of the
agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY 2005-2006 and
requested for FY 2006-2007
