13. Motion authonzing the City Manager or his designee to execute a professional
services contract with GISPlanning, Inc., of San Francisco, California for an
amount not to exceed $34,600 for a license to the City for the online use of GIS
Planning's ZoomProspector software as hosted by GISPlanning, Inc. for use as
client's Economic Development Site-Selection Analysis GIS Web Site.
