4. Motion approving the purchase of twenty-six (26) light bars and sirens from Fleet
Safety Equipment, of Houston Texas in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0157-06 based on low total bid for a total amount of $57,720. The equipment is
to be used by the Police Department on marked police patrol sedans. Funds are
available in the Police Law Enforcement Trust Fund and the Police Department
Justice Assistance Grant
