6. Motion approving a supply agreement with Oil Patch Petroleum, Inc., of Corpus
Christi, Texas for Reformulated Gasoline and Low Emission Diesel fuel in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0163-06 based on low bid for an estimated
expenditure of $1 ,322,201 ,73 of which $220,366.95 is budgeted for FY 2005-
2006. The term of the supply agreement is for six months, with an option to
extend for up to five additional six-month periods, subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by
Maintenance Services in FY 2005-2006 and will be requested for FY 2006-2007.
