MOTIONS - 06/27/06
10. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into an agreement
with the Coastal Bend Bay and Estuary Program to perform a L1DAR and
Bathymetric Survey in the Nueces Delta, the work to be used as in-kind services
for the City's involvement in the U S Army Corps Nueces River Basin Feasibility
Study and authorizing payment of $120,733.

in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose
