12. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No 8 for the construction of an additional lift station, a wireless communications
tower, and scale software for financial interface with the City's software system in
the amount of $280,353 with Longhorn Excavation, Inc., of Richmond, Texas for
the Cefe F Valenzuela Landfill Site Development Project.
