16. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Southside Ventures, L.P , (Developer), in the amount of $305,119.38 for public
Improvements including construction of water, wastewater, paving, and drainage
Improvements for Foxwood Estates Phase III, located south of Saratoga
Boulevard and west of Everhart Road, in accordance with the Platting Ordinance
Section V-Required Improvements, Subsection A.3.(b).
