17.a. Motion approving the Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by the London Independent School
District, owner and developer of Lot 1, London School Tracts, located on FM 43
approximately 8,OOO-linear feet west of the intersection of SH 286 and FM 43 for
the installation of 8.394-linear feet of 16-inch C-905 PVC water arterial
transmission main.
