29.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept an Enforcing
Underage Drinking Laws (EUDL) grant in the amount of $35,702 from the State
of Texas, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for the funding of overtime to
enforce underage drinking laws, to prevent youth access to and illegal use of
alcohol, and provide for an educational program with a City cash match of
$20.599. and in-kind contribution of $746, for a total project cost of $57,047.
