11. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment NO.1
to the Contract for Professional Services with HDR Engineering, Inc., (Shiner,
Moseley & Associates Inc.) of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $162,344 for
a total re-stated fee of $445.044 for the Corpus Christi Ship Channel Utility
Crossing.
