14.b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Dawson Recycling, Inc., of Gregory, Texas guaranteeing the delivery of specific
tonnage of acceptable waste collected within the boundaries of the Coastal Bend
Council of Governments, to the City's Cefe Valenzuela Municipal Landfill for a
period of twenty years
