14. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No 3 to the construction contract with T & C Construction Company Ltd. of
Houston Texas in the amount of $313,278.06 for a total restated fee of
$5945,698.06, for the Downtown Drainage Improvements Phase 1 Project B -
New Kinney Street Pump Station.
