15. Motion authonzing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
5 to the Contract for Professional Services with LNV Engineering of Corpus
Christi, Texas in the amount of $120,700 for a total re-stated fee of $780,300 for
the Oso Water Reclamation Plant Structural/Process Improvements (Clarifier
Bndges/Aeration Basin/Fine Bubble Diffuser).
