8.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an addendum to
the current lease with Durrill Properties for the facility space to operate the
Juvenile Assessment Center for three additional years, in the annual amount of
$33,66420, which has been budgeted in the FY 2006-2007 budget of the Corpus
Christi Crime Control and Prevention District
