32. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the Contract for Professional Services with Alan Plummer Associates, Inc.,
of Fort Worth, Texas in the amount of $2,055,941.87 for a total re-stated fee of
$2,365,94187, for Greenwood Wastewater Treatment Plant 4 MGD Expansion
(8 MGD to 12 MGD).
