40. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the legal
services agreement with Michael Nasi of Lloyd Gosselink Blevins Rochelle &
Townsend P.C. with Geomatrix as Sub-contractor for entry of proposed
(Broadway) Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant in the TCEQ's Voluntary
Clean-up Program, subject to certification of funds.
