MOTIONS - 08/22/06
3. Motion approving a service agreement with the following companies in the
following amounts for closed circuit television pipeline inspection services in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0159-06 based on low total bid. The term
of the service agreement will be twelve-months with an option to extend for up to
two additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. The service will be used by the Wastewater
and Stormwater Departments and administered by the Wastewater Department.
Funds are budgeted and available from the Wastewater and Stormwater
Departments' operational budgets in FY 2006-2007.
