7.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $450,396 from the Texas Automobile Theft Prevention Authority
(A TPA) to continue the Motor Vehicle Theft Enforcement Grant within the Police
Department for Year 6.
