MOTIONS - 08/22/06
21. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with Robert Leon, Sr. and wife, Viola Leon in the amount of
$42,500 plus $1,500 in closing costs and an additional amount not to exceed
$22,500 for relocation assistance to cover moving costs and incidental expenses
in connection with a replacement dwelling, all for the purpose of fee
simple property rights to Parcel 6, described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 7, H.E.
Luter Partition Addition with the street address of 2034 Mary Street, necessary
for the Garcia Arts Center Area Street Improvements, Phase 2, Project #6134.
