Torres and Delores Torres in the amount of $56,000 plus $1,500 in closing costs and an additional amount not to exceed $22,500 for relocation assistance to cover moving costs and incidental expenses in connection with a replacement dwelling, all for the purchase of fee simple property rights to Parcel 5, described as being a part of Tract 5, H. E. Luter Partition, also known as Lots 1 and 2 of the unrecorded Neylands Colonia Mexicana Addition, with the street address of 508 18th Street, necessary for the Garcia Arts Center Area Street Improvements, Phase 2, Project #6134.
