25.a. Motion approving the Distribution Main Extension Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Third Coast Real Estate, L.L.C., owner
and developer of WM. J. Robertson's Farm Tracts, Lot 3, Tract 7 located south of
Saratoga Boulevard (SH 357) east of Old Brownsville Road (FM 665) for the
Installation of 126 linear feet of an 8-inch PVC water distribution main.
