7.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for funding in the
amount of $500,000 from the Community Youth Development Program for the
78415 ZIP Code for projects as recommended by the Community Youth
Development Steering Committee for FY 2006-2007, Contract Period September
1, 2006 through August 31, 2007.
