18. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No.2 to the construction contract with Big State Excavation Inc., of Houston,
Texas in the amount of $240,572.66 for a total re-stated fee of $1 ,356,883.66 for
additional costs incurred and a point repair allowance for the Sanitary Sewer
Manhole Replacement Old Brownsville Road/Omaha Drive project.

the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below. from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose
