13. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement to
renew the contract with Rabalais I&E Constructors, of Corpus Christi, Texas for
the O. N Stevens Water Treatment Plant On-Going Generator Testing and
Maintenance FY 2006-2007 in the amount of $97,888, for an additional one-year
period (by exercising the one-year renewal option under the contract with
Rabalais I&E Constructors approved by Council on August 23, 2005 (Motion No.
2005-268) 'i.

money required for the contract agreement, obligation or expenditure described below
