MOTIONS - 09/26/06
18. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into a contract with
Mercer Oliver Wyman and Mercer Health and Benefits in the amount of $95,000
for professional services on the preliminary evaluation of Consumer Directed
Health Care (CDHC) combined with the viability of a Health Savings Account-
based (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Consumer Directed
Health Plan (CDHP). Recommendations regarding changes to the existing
health plans will be provided in the event CDHP is found not to be a viable option
for the Citv
