9. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a landscaping
and irrigation construction contract with Fox Nursery of Corpus Christi, Texas in
the amount of $92,865.05 for the Packery Channel South Parking Lot
Landscaping Improvements, Phase 2 - 2006 for the Base Bid and Additive
Alternates AA-1 AA-2, and AA-3.

and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
