10. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 10 to the Antelope/Salt Flats Area 36"/48" Wastewater Gravity Interceptor
Line contract with George Construction, Inc. of Houston, Texas in the amount of
$122,126.38 for the following: Part A - emergency repairs on Doddridge Street
and Part B - the bore under the Crosstown Expressway.
