3.8. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to extend Oracle Database
Enterprise Edition software update and product support from Oracle USA, Inc. of
Reston, Virginia in the amount of $54,791.88 for the twelve-month period
beginning November 23,2006. Oracle USA, Inc. is an approved Texas
Department of Information Resources vendor.
