14. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with RCM Constructors, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of
$249,000 for the Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Manhole Ring and Cover
Adjustment FY 2006-2007 for the Base Bid and Additive Alternates NO.1 and 2.
