26.b. Motion approving the purchase of three (3) asphalt rolling machines from Conley
LoU-Nichols of Dallas, Texas, for a total amount of $170,511. The award is made
in accordance with the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Texas Local
Government Cooperative. All three machines are replacements to the fleet. Funds
for the machines are available in the street operations budget.

required for the contract, agreement. obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specitled below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose.
