` 1 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to extend the maintenance
agreement with MRO Software, an IBM Company, of Bedford, Massachusetts for
twelve months in an amount not to exceed $38,571.30. Included in the
maintenance and support are the Maximo Enterprise System applications utilized
by nine (9) City departments for automated work and asset management. MRO
Software Es an approved Texas Department of Information Resources vendor.
