~ 6.a. Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Construction and Reimbursement
Agreement submitted by Richard Guerra-Prats, owner and developer of Padre
Island, Block 30 Lots 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A and 8A, located northeast of South Padre
Island Drive (Park Road 22) and Verdemar Drive for the installation of 652 linear
feet of an 8-inch PVC offsite sanitary sewer collection line. (Attachment # 16)
