L Motion approving a supply agreement with Ennis Paint, Inc., of Ennis, Texas for
approximately 6,875 gallons of pavement marking paint in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0077-07 based on low bid for an estimated semi-annual
expenditure of $57,365. The term of the supply agreement will be for six months
with an option to extend for up to five additional six-month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by Street Services for FY 2006-2007.
