25.a. Motion approving an amendment to the Sanitary Sewer Collection Line
Extension Construction and Reimbursement Agreement submitted by C.C.T.
Navigation-Cameron, LP, developer of Navigation Pointe, Block 1, Lot 1, to
extend the time period for the developer to be eligible for reimbursement from
December 30, 2006 to December 30, 2007 due to delays in the completion of
construction and to reduce the Developer reimbursement from $110,141.25 to
$82,510.20 due to decrease in platted acreage.
