26.a. Motion approving an amendment to the Arterial Transmission and Grid Main
Construction and Reimbursement Agreement submitted by C.C.T. Navigation-
Cameron, LP, developer of Navigation Pointe, Block 1, Lot 1, to reflect a cost
increase of $11,556.25 for constructing an additional 200-linear feet of 12-inch
PVC water grid main and to extend the time period for the developer to be
eligible for reimbursement from December 30, 2006 to December 31, 2007 due
to delays in the completion of construction.
