27 a. Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Extension Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by HEB Grocery Company, LP, owner
and developer of Lots 6, 6A, 7, 10, 13, and 14 Island Business Center Annex
and Lot 8, Block A, Island Business Center Unit 1, located east of Waldron Road
and south of South Padre Island Drive for the installation of 1,242- linear feet of
10-inch PVC sanitary sewer collection line.
